Dietitian Jane Dostine completed her Masters in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Sydney in 1992. She has worked with the specialist team at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Allergy Consulting Rooms for the past 14 years. Her expertise gained in the management of food intolerance and allergy is brought to her Castle Hill private practice.
Jane is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and recognized as an accredited practicing dietitian. She has a Certificate in Home Economics, enjoys food and nutrition writing for the media and engages in community nutrition education.
As a mother of three children, Jane is busy practicing what she preaches; healthy food and cooking, plenty of fresh air and activity, balancing work and family.
